On World Creativity and Innovation Day, Panjab University unveiled a rare exhibition of original campus architectural drawings from the 1950s–60s, curated by Ar. Inder Gulati and inaugurated by PU Registrar Prof. Y.P. Verma. Featuring works of visionaries like J.K. Chowdhury, B.P. Mathur, and Pierre Jeanneret, the showcase beautifully blended heritage with the future—introducing concepts such as regenerative design and identity-driven architecture. Global recognition for Panjab University! Ten faculty members (current and former) and scholars from PU’s Department of Physics are part of CERN’s ALICE and CMS teams, which have been awarded the 2025 Breakthrough Prize in Fundamental Physics — the “Oscars of Science.” This $3 million honour celebrates groundbreaking work at the Large Hadron Collider (2015–2024).
