National Service Scheme, Panjab University Chandigarh celebrated NSS Foundation Day by organising a University Level Award Ceremony and Cultural event. The event was graced by Chief Guest- Dr. Dharam Pal (Adviser to U.T. Administrator, Chandigarh), Guest of Honour- Smt. Harinder Kaur (Regional Director, Chandigarh, MoYaS, and Prof. Renu Vig (Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh). Esteemed gathering included DUI, DSW(W), COE and other Senate- Syndicate members of Panjab University and faculty members of PU. Seven Awards were presented in the Category of ROLL OF HONOUR with other categories, taking the count to more than 150 volunteers. The event was successful due to the efforts of Programme Officers and nss volunteers under the able guidance of Dr. Parveen Goyal (Programme Coordinator, NSS, Panjab University, Chandigarh).
