Dr Neelima Dhingra , Assistant Professor, University Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences , Panjab University, Chandigarh was awarded with “ Savshreth Divyanjan” award 2022 on 3rd of December by President of India Smt Droupadi Murmu. The award coincides with International disability day being observed on 3rd December.

Dr Indu Pal Kaur, Professor of Pharmaceutics and Chairperson UIPS, Panjab University Chandigarh was awarded with the prestigious NATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AWARD 2021 & 2022 for being the “Top Indian Individual for Patents Filing, Grant & Commercialization”. Out of a total of more than 200 applications under the category (male and female), she had highest points and was awarded under the Female category.

Panjab University, Chandigarh, organized National Teacher’s Day celebration to commemorate 2021-2022 retired teachers of the university at Golden Jubilee Hall, Panjab University, Chandigarh. The program was hosted for the first time in the university which was intended to pay tribute to all the teachers who have completed their tenure of service in the university for the session 2021-2022.
