DESCRIPTION:  \n \n  \nTeaching and learning methodologies have undergone a significant transformation\, with a growing emphasis on Outcome-Based Education. The National Education Policy of 2020 requires educational institutions to adopt a learner-centered approach that places importance on what students should be capable of in the practical world once they finish their courses. \nThis hands-on workshop primarily aims to equip faculty with the necessary skills for defining the intended learning outcomes for students and structuring the educational process to attain these objectives. Student learning outcomes serve as the fundamental criteria guiding curriculum development or revision\, the selection of instructional materials\, the adoption of teaching methods\, and the conduct of evaluations.
